Computer Aided Design

Design office projects require a fairly broad spectrum of skills, ranging from the dimensioning of parts to the production of documents such as assembly plans used to explain the operation of the mechanism.

Below are some of my projects:

BUT 2 design office
Safety brake

This project is the first study office exercise of BUT 2.

A level above in terms of complexity and precision expected during rendering.

As part of the Product Innovation specialty that I chose in the second year, I had to work on the design of a mechanism capable of orienting fighter jet engine blades.

This project is the last design office exercise of GOAL 1.

Its realization seemed to me more fluid and faster than the previous ones, while being more successful in terms of design and rendering.

computer aided manufacturing

When manufacturing a part, it is necessary to generate a program that the machine will be able to understand. To do this, it is possible to program directly on the machine or to write the program by hand, which depending on the complexity of the part becomes more or less difficult. Computer-aided manufacturing software makes it possible to simulate and verify the correctness of a machining operation even before it has been tested. Above all, it makes it possible to generate an understandable program for the machine. I was able to use the TopSolid software many times at the IUT, ensuring that I had a good understanding of this kind of software.
